Tried Jett recently, went back to verify my impression. This place is a hidden gem! David and Four are extremely knowledgeable and professional servers. The food is fresh, the chef is terrific, and the pricing is very reasonable. The yellowtail collar is a standout, but every one of the six items we tried was refined and delicious. Cherry Creek does not have anything this good, and the parking is free. Bravo Jett!
I came for dinner on a Tuesday night and there wasn't a wait. The restaurant has plenty of seating and a bar area. The server was super attentive and ensured a pleasant experience. I ordered the Spicy Blue Crab Roll and Christmas Roll. The fish was fresh and tasty. For dessert I ordered strawberry mochi ice cream which was also very good.
Our service was amazing thanks to our waiter David! This sushi was excellent!! You definitely get what you pay for. Fish is really fresh and the restaurant atmosphere is nice. Great date spot!
10/10 my new favorite sushi spot in Denver. The prices are very reasonable and quality of the fish is great. They had an expansive menu and big portion sizes as well. Service was great. We will be returning!
LOVE Jett Sushi! Super reasonable and I live in the neighborhood, so the delivery fees when you call are waaay better than the delivery apps. Every roll I've had has been a knockout and I love the hamachi collar and whole squid as an app. I order from here at least a couple times a month (which is saying a lot cause I usually always wanna try somewhere new)
Really solid sushi spot with super friendly staff. They also have a cool vibe with the tv aquarium wrapping around the dining room. Overall, all the rolls are pretty basic, so you won't be getting anything too crazy here, but it's all solid. The miso soup and the edamame are also great!

I ordered take-out from this place after finding it on Yelp and was surprised at the large portions and delicious food! The staff was very friendly when I picked up my order and made sure to double check they had everything for me.
Driven by this place before and you can see that the inside of the restaurant is truly unique. They have animated videography of underwater sea life playing throughout the restaurant on the walls. It makes super fun and unique experience. We started off ordering a drink from their BOGO free special. You could choose from traditional Japanese beers or their house sake. Already off to a great start. We got the Takoyaki for an appetizer, which is truly one of my personal favorites. My gf and I love trying Takoyaki at every restaurant we try. It was in itself 10/10. Next we got a simple Alaskan roll and the Spider roll. The spider roll was unique and had lots of different texture and great flavors. I would totally get the Spider roll again. We found ourselves still hungry and ordered another roll that was different for us both to try called the Ruby. It was good and fun to try but not our personal favorite. The service was great. Ada was very nice and helpful. She was literally the only server in the whole restaurant and we thought she did a great job. We would definitely come back again.
What a great little gem in Park Hill. I finally stopped by after driving past a few times. The menu seemed very reasonably priced for sushi. We had a few people to feed and ordered a selection of rolls and sashimi. We were very pleased with everything ordered. The sushi tasted fresh and was well put together. The service was great and the price was overall very reasonable. Don't let the location throw you off, it is definitely worth the trip if you are in the neighborhood.
